01Understand the status

Identity review indicates a verification process; it does not endorse personal qualities or guarantee safety. Plan badges and featured slots describe visibility benefits.

02Start in the platform

Use in-app messaging before sharing personal contacts. Avoid identity documents, bank details, OTPs and passwords. Independently review job offers and responsibilities.

03Be careful with transfer requests

DarlingHub collects only publishers’ listing fees through checkout. There are no job booking fees, deposits, tips or payments on behalf of members. Staff never need your seed phrase or private key.

04Report and block

Use a profile or conversation’s report tool with relevant facts. Block unwanted contact. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

01Be respectful and relevant

Communicate politely and ground criticism in facts. Do not target appearance, gender, ethnicity, religion or personal information. Do not pressure others with repeated messages.

02Protect privacy

Do not post another person’s contact details, address, identity documents or private conversations without permission. Profile owners choose what to disclose.

03Be transparent

Disclose commercial relationships when recommending businesses. Fake reviews or scores are prohibited. Advertising must be distinguishable from community content. Do not evade suspension with alternate accounts.

04Ask for help

Block and report unwanted contact. Staff review cases using relevant evidence and recorded reasons. Discussions and replies may be reviewed or suspended under the content policy.

01Service and eligibility

DarlingHub is a social and dating platform for discovering friendships and mutually consensual connections. You must be at least 20 years old and provide accurate information. Browsing and standard accounts are free. Publishers must complete contact, identity and profile review before publication.

02Listing fees

Fees purchase only platform advertising space and features for the plan and duration shown at checkout. There are no bookings, member payment collection, wallets, escrow, tips or transaction revenue sharing. Renewal requires a new payment intent.

03Information and independent agreements

Publishers are responsible for the accuracy and rights to their content. DarlingHub is not a party to agreements between members. Identity badges and featured placements do not endorse quality or guarantee safety. Evaluate information before making decisions.

04Review and suspension

Moderators may request changes, reject or suspend content that violates the rules. Decisions require recorded reasons; support provides a review channel. Do not bypass review, impersonate others, spam or access information without permission.

05Changes and account closure

Material changes require advance notice. Members can close accounts and request deletion in settings. Records necessary for law, disputes or transaction auditing may be retained under the stated retention policy. 01Information processed

Necessary data includes account and contact information, intentionally public profile details, age and identity records, in-app messages, payment records and security events. KYC documents are stored separately from profile media, never published, and never sent to marketing analytics.

02Purposes and lawful bases

Data supports accounts, eligibility checks, listings, fraud prevention, complaints and legal obligations. Marketing and optional cookies require withdrawable consent. The data controller is DarlingHub, 55/5 Soi Ratchadaphisek 17, Ratchadaphisek, Din Daeng, Bangkok 10400, Thailand.

03Access and processors

Staff access is limited to operational need. Moderator access to messages requires a report and an audited reason. Infrastructure and identity providers may process necessary information under appropriate agreements and safeguards.

04Rights and deletion

Members may request access, correction, export, objection, consent withdrawal or deletion through support. Closing an account starts the deletion process, subject to required retention. After an account is closed, deletion or anonymization begins after 30 days. Identity-review photos are kept for 30 days from upload unless a report or dispute requires the evidence. Transaction and audit records are kept as required by law. Contact the data controller at support@darlinghub.vip.

05Data incidents

The operator must investigate breaches, retain necessary evidence, limit impact and notify authorities or affected people within applicable legal requirements. Do not include passwords, OTPs or identity images in general support requests.

06Location (near me)

The “Use my location” button asks your browser for location permission only when you press it. The coordinates are used on your device to find nearby provinces or districts and are then discarded: they are never sent to our servers, stored, put in links or used for analytics or advertising. Results are shown at area level with an approximate distance; no profile’s location is shown or calculated. You can refuse or withdraw the permission in your browser settings and still search by area. Area reference coordinates come from Wikidata (CC0).

Google / Facebook sign-in data

When you choose Google or Facebook sign-in, we use the provider's account identifier, name and any supplied email to create your account or authenticate your sign-in. We do not request access to your inbox, contacts or private messages, and we do not retain Google / Facebook access tokens for later use.

Close your account and request data deletion

1. Sign in to DarlingHub and open Account.
2. Choose “Close account & request deletion” and enter a reason.
3. Confirm with your DarlingHub password. If your account has no password, sign in again within 10 minutes and select the confirmation checkbox, then submit the request.

A successful request closes the account, hides its published profile and revokes sign-in sessions on every device. Deletion or anonymization is scheduled to begin after 30 days. Data linked to unresolved safety reports may be held, and necessary transaction and audit records may be retained. Submitting a request does not immediately erase every category of data.

This closes only your DarlingHub account; it does not delete your Google or Facebook account. You can also manage the connection in that provider's account settings.

If you cannot sign in, email the address below with your account name and sign-up method so our team can verify account ownership before taking action. Do not email passwords, OTPs or identity-card images.

01Essential storage

Session cookies support sign-in and authorization. Language and consent preferences are stored on your device. Essential cookies do not serve advertising or cross-site tracking.

02Optional measurement

Analytics or marketing cookies may start only after opt-in. This development version includes no external tracking provider. Declining optional cookies does not affect search or core functionality.

03Managing choices

Clear site data in your browser settings to make a new choice. Removing session cookies signs you out. Before launch, publish a complete inventory of cookie names, providers, purposes and lifetimes.

01Permitted content

Share honest introductions, interests, lawful business and place information, and respectful community discussions. You must hold the rights to posted images and text.

02Prohibited content

No minors, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, sexual-service offers, explicit imagery, fraud, harassment, unauthorized personal information or illegal content is permitted.

03Review and appeals

Profiles and media require manual review before publication. Changes may require a new review. Rejections include reasons and may allow corrections. Contact support with the record ID and relevant evidence to request reconsideration.

04Urgent concerns

Use reporting tools for suspicious content or accounts. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not publish identity documents or unsupported allegations in public discussions.

01Scope

This policy covers only DarlingHub listing space and platform feature fees. It does not cover agreements or payments between members; the platform does not collect on their behalf.

02Submitting a request

Contact support with the payment ID, network, transaction hash and reason. Staff review activation, usage and transaction evidence. Never provide a seed phrase or private key.

03Review and approval

Refund cases are handled manually, require two distinct approvers and maintain an audit trail. The web server never signs or transfers funds automatically. The requester receives the result and next steps after review.

04Incorrect transactions

Wrong-network, wrong-token and wrong-recipient transfers do not satisfy a payment and may be unrecoverable. Amount mismatches enter manual review. Applicable refund rights, response periods and fees require legal review before accepting funds.
